What to send for an accurate quote
The more we know, the more exact your price. Send what you can; we will ask about the rest.
- Photos or a short video of each room or area
- A list of large items: beds, wardrobes, sofas, fridge, washing machine, machinery
- Pickup and drop-off locations (a Google Maps pin is perfect)
- Floor numbers, lift or stairs at both places
- Can a lorry reach the gate? Narrow lane, parking limits or building rules
- Your preferred moving date and time
- Do you need packing, furniture dismantling or storage?
- Any special items: glass tops, antiques, safes, pianos or machinery

Why we quote every move individually
We do not publish a fixed price list because two moves of the same distance can need very different lorries, crews and time. Your quote is based on these factors:
Size of the move
How much furniture and how many boxes, which decides the lorry size and trips.
Distance & route
Local moves in the Western Province or long-distance moves to other districts.
Access & crew
Floors, lifts, stairs, narrow lanes and long carries decide the crew size and time.
Packing
Full packing, fragile-only packing, or you pack yourself.
Dismantling
Wardrobes, beds and office furniture taken apart and rebuilt.
Storage
Optional safe storage if your new place is not ready.

How long does it take to get a quote?
For most home moves we reply on WhatsApp shortly after you send photos and your locations. Large house, office and factory moves may need a free site survey first. Call 070 574 1175 for urgent moves.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. For full houses, offices and factories in Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara districts we can visit, check your items and access, and give you a quote with no obligation.
Why don't you publish a price list?
In Sri Lanka the same move can need a Dimo Batta or a 20 ft lorry, two loaders or six, depending on furniture, floors, lane access, distance and packing. A fixed quote based on your actual move is fairer than an online guess that changes on the day.
Will the price change on moving day?
Your quote is based on the items, addresses and services we agreed. It only changes if the job changes, for example extra items or a new address, and we always agree that with you first.
What details should I send for an accurate quote?
Photos or a video of each room, a list of large items, pickup and drop-off locations, floor and lift details, lorry access to the gate, your preferred date, and whether you need packing or storage.
